Docu-vlog #3 Making Your Day What You Want it to be


I’ve been on the journey of making my life better and being a better person overall.

I thought about the things that were making me sad and mad in life. Of course, there were many things that came to mind… I just have to work on them one piece at a time.

This piece is taking control of my day, making my day what I want it to be. And literally, every time I do this, it works. Usually, I think sooo much about things and doubt that anything would work for me, I ultimately self sabotage. I said that to give you a view on what kind of person I am. Mental self help does not come easy to me.

I hope me explaining how I do this will help you as well.
