Body Diary | Meatless Week

Hey!

July 16 -July 22

This week I did not eat any meat. I’m moving towards eating cleaner. I’m wanting to eat mostly plant based foods. Why I want to make the move towards plant based foods? I feel better overall, I don’t feel imbalance, I want to be healthier inside, and I watched Earthlings. It is going to be tough but I’m going to push through until it’s a no-brainer. 20170716_140058.jpg

Here’s how my week went.

Sunday

Breakfast – 1 apple | Lunch / Dinner – Vegan restaurant lasagna, macaroni and cheese, and yams. No workout

Monday

Breakfast – oatmeal | Lunch – salad | Dinner – vegetable fried rice. Walked 3 blocks.

Tuesday

Breakfast – cereal | Lunch – vegetable fried rice | Dinner – lasagna. 20 Minutes on treadmill and 20 lunges.

Wednesday

Breakfast – cereal | Lunch – lasagna and carrots | Dinner – lasagna. Walked 3 blocks, 1 minute plank, 20 fire hydrants, and 20 donkey kicks. 20170720_130602

Thursday

Breakfast – 2 apples | Lunch – lasagna and broccoli | Dinner – lasagna. Walked 3 blocks.

Breakfast – cereal | Lunch – fried rice and vegetables | Dinner – Potatoes and green beans. Walked 2 blocks.

Breakfast – 1 apple | Lunch – Potato wedges | Dinner – rice, carrots, broccoli, cauliflower, and cheese sauce. No workout.
