Body Diary | Too Busy to Workout

Hey!

July 9 – July 15

This week was pretty tough and busy. I barely ate this week because I was so busy. I basically ate to, somewhat, fuel my body. I did feel myself feeling sad at some points of the week but snapped myself right out of it once I noticed what I was doing.

These body diaries aren’t to just get the body shape I want but to improve¬†my overall health i.e. emotional, mental, physical, and spiritual. I’m struggling a little because of work, work, and more work.

Sunday

Breakfast –¬†cereal¬†| Lunch/dinner –¬†fish, cornbread, and macaroni and cheese¬†| No workout

Monday

Breakfast –¬†apple¬†| Lunch – salad¬†| Dinner – fish, cornbread, and macaroni and cheese¬†| walked 3 blocks

Tuesday

Breakfast –¬†cereal| Lunch – rice, chickpeas, and broccoli| Dinner – tater tots | walked one block20170712_151357.jpg

Wednesday

Breakfast –¬†apple¬†| Lunch – rice, chickpeas, and broccoli | Snack – fruit¬†| Dinner – tater tots and corn | walked one block

Thursday

Breakfast –¬†oatmeal¬†| Lunch – rice, chickpeas, and broccoli¬†| Dinner – chicken basil and rice | walked one block20170714_130844

Friday

Breakfast –¬†apple¬†| Lunch – Greek wrap¬†| Dinner – Chipotle chicken bowl | walked 2 blocks, 50 crunches, and arm resistance band 50 times
