Body Diary |Tried to Make up for Last Week

July 2 – July 8

Busy week and still trying to keep up with my body shape and health.

Sunday

Breakfast –  2 hash browns| Lunch and dinner – chicken, macaroni and cheese, yams, and cornbread |No workout

Monday

Breakfast – bananas and peanut butter | Lunch – potatoes, chickpeas, and broccoli | Dinner – Leftover chicken, macaroni and cheese, and yams | No workout

Breakfast – bananas | Lunch and dinner – I forgot what I ate but I think it was potatoes and corn| Workout- 30 minutes on bike and arm resistance band 200 times

Wednesday

Breakfast – oatmeal| Lunch – potatoes, chickpeas, and broccoli | Dinner – chipotle | Workout- 200 russian twists and arm resistance band 200 times

Thursday

Breakfast – oatmeal| Lunch and dinner – fries| No workout20170708_094804.jpg

Friday

Breakfast – cereal | Lunch – potatoes, chickpeas, and broccoli | Dinner – salmon and rice | No workout

Saturday

Breakfast – 2 hash browns| Lunch and dinner – salmon and rice| Workout- treadmill for 20 minutes, 40 lunges, 40 deadlifts, and 1 minute plank
