Body Diary | Struggle Week

May 28 – June 3

This week was not a good week for me. Somehow I let myself go and was not motivated at all to workout after work. I noticed my mood wasn’t the best too. I was very lazy and tired.

Sunday

Morning time I had an acai berry mix smoothie. Snacked on girl scout cookies. For lunch/ dinner I had a piece of rib I think lol, macaroni and cheese, and a burger. No workout.

Monday

Lunch/dinner I had a banh mi sandwich. No workout. I was in a bad mood.

Tuesday

Morning time I ate an acai berry mix smoothie. Lunch I had a salad. Snacked on chips and chocolate covered raisins throughout the day. A little before dinner I had 3 pieces of cinnamon raisin bread with peanut butter and bananas. For dinner I had fried rice.

50 arm reps with the resistant band.

Morning time I ate 2 packs of Apple oatmeal. Lunch I has fried rice and corn. Snacked on chips and girl scout cookies. Dinner I had more fried rice but this time with broccoli.

50 Russian twists and 50 arm resistance band workout. Walked up and down 8 set of stairs once while at work.

Thursday

Morning time I had 2 pieces of cinnamon raisin bread with peanut butter and an acai berry mix smoothie. Lunch fried rice and corn. Dinner Chipotle chicken bowl.20170602_133251.jpg

Walked up and down 8 set of stairs once while at work.

Friday

Morning, 2 pieces of cinnamon raisin bread with peanut butter and an acai berry mix smoothie. Lunch Greek chicken platter (shown in picture). Dinner I had pizza, chicken wings, fries, and celery.

Saturday 

Morning time I had pizza lol. Lunch I had a banh mi sandwich. Dinner fried rice. No workout. This week sucked for me. I wasn’t in the mood at all to workout after work.
