May 21 – May 27
Ate salad in the morning. Later in the evening at chicken, yams, and macaroni and cheese.
Morning time I had an acai berry mix smoothie and two pieces of cinnamon raisin bread with peanut butter. Lunch time I had salad, broccoli, and fried rice. Dinner time I had tater tots and cornbread.
Worked out. Got on the bike for 15 minutes. Did 50 dead lifts, 50 back leg lifts, and 50 side leg lifts.
Morning time I ate two packs of Apple oatmeal. Lunch I ate salad, tater tots, and cornbread. Dinner I ate cornbread and 2 pieces of cinnamon raisin bread with peanut butter and bananas.
Walked up and down eight flight of stairs while a work. 150 reps arm workout with the resistance band. Danced a little.
Morning time I had an acai berry mix. Lunch I had vegetables and cornbread. Snacked on some graham crackers. I ate a rice and chicken bowl with a tortilla from Chipotle for dinner.
Walked up and down 8 set of stairs while at work. Did 50 reps arm workout with the resistance band.
Morning time I ate two slices of cinnamon raisin bread with peanut butter. Lunch I ate general tso chicken and fried rice. Dinner, I skipped.
I walked around the block once and walked up and down 8 set of stairs once while at work.
Morning time I had an acai berry mix smoothie and 5 cinnamon French toast sticks. Lunch time I had Greek food which was a chicken platter with pita bread and Greek fries. Skipped dinner. No workout.
Morning time I ate a banana. A crazy snack someone recommended for me to try, a doughnut with bacon. It wasn’t that good to me. Maybe because I couldn’t get out of my head that it was sugar on top of sugar and then bacon. Too much for me but the regular glazed doughnut was cool. For lunch/dinner I went to a cookout and ate a hot dog, sausage, fish, and deviled eggs. No workout.
