I’m just going to change the title of these entries to Body Diary. I figured that it is me keeping an eye out on everything regarding my body. So I figure body diary is more appropriate.
Morning time I had an acai smoothie. Lunch I had a salad. Graham crackers for a snack. No dinner. No workout.
Morning time I had cinnamon raisin bread with peanut butter and an apple. Lunch I had a salad. No dinner. While at work I walked up and down 8 set of stairs once.
No breakfast but I had many cups of spearmint tea. Lunch I had fried rice I made. Dinner I had fried rice and cornbread. Workout: 50 arm bands, 50 crunches, 2 sets of 8 set of stairs at work, 1 minute plank, and 50 Russian twists.
Can’t remember what I ate for breakfast. Lunch I had fried rice I made. No dinner. No workout.
Can’t remember breakfast. Lunch I had Greek food, basically a pita bread wrap. Dinner I had a chicken quesadilla. No workout.
