Body Change | Week 6

I now know why they say eat better when working out.

Welcome back, yet again!

Monday through Friday.

Foods. Thanksgiving food and burger King Chicken fries and french fries

Workouts.

Monday workout. Elliptical .50 miles and 4.02 miles on bike.

Wednesday workout. Tummy tuck 100 times and side leg lift 50 times.

Saturday and Sunday

Foods. Pasta.

The above information let’s you know why they say eat better when working out.

Not only does it not help with results, IT MAKES YOU UNMOTIVATED. Nothing motivated me to want to workout. I was tired, lazy, made excuses to why I didn’t workout, I felt so unhealthy inside, and my skin was looking bad. Just an overall bad body change.

I’m going to make myself do much better next week. Thanksgiving food is all gone now so I do not have any excuse.

Better food choices here I come.
