Body Change | Week 4

Welcome!

Just to let you know everyday I drink water so you may not see that listed below.

Monday 

Foods. Breakfast – apple and cinnamon oatmeal

Lunch – pasta

Dinner – pasta

Tuesday 

Foods. Breakfast – oatmeal

Lunch – pasta

Snack – bananas with peanut butter

Dinner – pasta

Workout 50 miles on elliptical, 50 circular motion arm, tricep extension 15lbs 50 times, and 50 chest presses 30 lbs.

Wednesday

Foods. Breakfast – bagel with peanut butter and bananas

Lunch – Pasta and carrots

Dinner – salad and pomegranate juice

Thursday 

Foods. Breakfast – bagel with peanut butter and bananas

Lunch – salad and raspberry juice

Dinner – salad and pomegranate juice

Workouts. Butterfly twists 50 times, plank side to side 50 times, tummy tuck 50 times, plank twists 60 times, tricep extension 6 lbs 50 times, and arm side raise 3 lbs (each hand) 50 times.

Friday

Foods. Breakfast – bagel with peanut butter and bananas

Lunch – burger, fries and fruit punch

Snack – ice cream sandwich

Dinner – pasta

Saturday 

Foods Lunch – pasta and pomegranate juice

Dinner – pasta

Snack – French fries and a Shirley Temple

Workout Cleaned apartment

Sunday

Foods. Lunch – pasta and pomegranate juice

Snack – ice cream sandwich

 

This week was a busy week for me and I didn’t do well with my eating.

Thanksgiving week is going to be funny. Who knows how that will turn out. Lol.
